Laundry collection in Midrand: how it works and what it costs
Everything a first time customer asks: how collection works, what you pay and when, how the weighing is done, and how to book in two minutes.
If you live in Midrand and have never used a laundry collection service, this guide covers the whole journey: booking, collection, weighing, payment and delivery. It takes about three minutes to read and it will save you at least one Saturday morning.
Step one: book a two hour slot
Go to the booking page, choose how often you want us to come (once off, weekly, every two weeks or monthly), tell us roughly what is in the bag and pick a two hour window between 06:00 and 19:00. You pay your collection fee now, plus any fixed-price items such as shirts or dry cleaning. A Flex collection is R68.00; Prepaid VIP members pay R180.00 on the 1st of the month for four weekly collections, which works out to R45.00 each.
Step two: we collect from your door
Your driver arrives in the window you chose. Leave the bag with security, in a safe spot or hand it over yourself. You get a WhatsApp when the bag is collected, so there is no wondering.
Step three: the scale decides the price
At the store we weigh your laundry and send you a photo of the scale with the exact amount on WhatsApp. Everyday washing is priced per kilogram, so that part is confirmed on the scale and you settle it through the secure link we send. Shirts, dry cleaning and duvets have fixed prices, which you already paid when you booked. Customers say the photo of the scale is the part they value most, because there are no surprises.
Step four: it comes back folded
The same driver who collected your bag brings it back, washed, dried and folded, or ironed if you asked for that. Your address is saved, so booking the next collection takes one tap.

Right now we collect across Midrand, including Carlswald, Noordwyk, Kyalami, Halfway House, Vorna Valley, Blue Hills and Waterfall. If you are just outside that, enter your address on the booking form and leave your details. You will be first to hear when we reach your area.
