What do I pay when I book?

Your collection fee (or your month of membership collections) plus any fixed-price items such as shirts, dry cleaning and duvets. Everyday washing is priced per kilogram, so that part is confirmed on our scale. We WhatsApp you the weight, a photo of the scale and a secure link to settle that balance.

How do I know the weight is right?

Every weighed order gets a photo of the scale with your bag on it, sent to your WhatsApp with the weight and the amount. If something looks off, reply to that message and a person will sort it out.

What if I'm not home?

Pick any slot between 06:00–08:00 and 18:00–19:00 when you book. If plans change, reply to your confirmation on WhatsApp and we move it. Many customers leave the bag with security or in a safe spot. Just tell us in the booking notes.

How do memberships work, and can I pause or cancel?

Prepaid VIP gives you four weekly collections for R180.00, Lifestyle two collections for R120.00, Monthly Saver one for R60.00, each billed through PayFast on the 1st of the month. Join mid month and you only pay for the collections left in that month. Cancel or pause anytime. If you ever want to rejoin, just send us a quick WhatsApp and we'll reactivate your old subscription.

Where do you collect?

Midrand for now. If you're outside that, enter your address on the booking form and leave your details. You'll be the first to know when we reach your area.

What can't you clean?

Anything the care label says not to wash, and items that need specialist restoration. Beaded, leather and wedding pieces are quoted individually, so add a note when you book.
